That’s the reason why we will do all that for you at no cost!We’ve got highly capable administrators whose main responsibility is to ensure that your web site functions exactly as it did on your previous hosting platform. Our administrators are experts in transferring custom–built web sites, as well as web sites that are based on popular web apps like WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: We strive to implement all website migrations ASAP. However, we don’t have a fixed time frame for web site migrations. There are different factors that you have to consider – the very size of your site and the workload of our web site migration team, etc. We constantly strive to implement each migration in under 48 hours. With smaller sites, our staff typically manages to finish within 24 hours.

A: Yup. We will need the name of the website that you wish us to move. We’ll also need a way to access your present web hosting account so that we can get the files associated with your web site.

A: Before we can begin the migration of your hosting account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us will require that you to disclose exactly the same information you have given to your current host. We’ve also got a very strict Privacy Policy, which specifies how sensitive information is tackled.

A: While we transfer your website, it will be available both in your hosting account with us and in your account with your former hosting provider. After the transfer is finished, we’ll make certain that everything is working correctly and that the integrity of your content is not affected before informing you that the migration is finished. After that, we will instruct you how to move the domain name to your web hosting account with us and how to modify your DNS settings.

A: We can transfer your site from any hosting provider or any Linux–powered web hosting platform given that we can receive access to the Control Panel and there is FTP access available.The only websites that we can’t transfer are the ones based on closed–source software applications such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
